Why are there always lines of
traffic cones but no sign of anyone working on the road? I pass a line of them every morning with the added
twist of
temporary traffic lights. No sign of anyone doing anything, maybe they will disappear as mysteriously as they came. Perhaps to take a relaxing bathe in the local reservoir
